Unfortunately, due to the massive use of WEBSDR located on different continents of the planet, the publication of the achievements of Ukrainian radio amateurs under the DXCC 160 m program has lost its meaning. There are only a few people left in Ukraine who have effective receiving antennas. There are dozens of those who are engaged in deception. The main goals of scammers, of course, are not to enjoy the DXing. Many of them do not even have transmitting antennas and they “order” new countries from their so-called “friends”). Their goals are: 1. Based on malignant envy, devalue the results of those who achieved them through honest many years of work, having good antennas and experience. 2. By being on the first pages of the official ARRL DXCC 160 list, pretend to be someone other than who they really are — scammers with sick ambitions and a disordered psyche.
